At this session we also found out that we are going to do a 1500 word essay talking about the role and development of narrative within animation. But this week we focused on understanding what a story is. We also talk about some terms that are related with a story such as narrative and discourse and the difference between these terms. We talked about the different types of stories and what makes a story a story, and how to organise it. It was a very interesting session and was really interesting to see the concept of story through different periods of History.
