Bill is a character that consist in a mixture of Mr. Peanut and the Illuminati pyramid. His shape, colour and movement make him have a strong visual impact, his ability to change his proportions and colour makes almost impossible to not pay attention to the screen. He also appears in the show in direct opposition to Dipper, one of the heroes of the show, because the Dipper's obsession is to know things and Bill knows everything but won't tell Dipper.
