Considering that Bill was created based on the Illuminati Pyramid, or All-seeing eye, it is not surprising that Bill is an omniscient creature, that has the ability to know the past, present and some scenarios of the future. Another characteristic that makes Bill be godlike is his capability to see things from the eyes of any image of himself, images that are hidden everywhere.
